    just looking for some advice. :-) happy lifting

    Howdy all! :-) just getting back into the gym after a few months off. Trying to learn as much as possible on the nutrition side to try and get on the right track first. My trouble so far is building a regiment that actually works for me. I work hard and am constantly moving all day. I usually hit the gym after work. But my eating habbits are all over the board. Hopefully looking for a general guide to get started. I'd like to train hard and get into a grove and eventually start cycling some gear. I'm not ready for it yet so no need for info on that subject. But I do plan on cycling in the future. So what kind of stats should I be rocking to get a good jump start on lean muscle? I'm currently 6'3" 245lb not 100% what my bf is, guessing I'd say around 18%. I know nutrition is huge and I do try and eat healthy but I believe my portions are too large. Anyone feel like giving me a hand? Thanks very much :-)

    Thanks everyone for the welcome. I checked out the nutrition forum and found some good details. been hitting it hard 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Trying to portion out my meals for the day following about 3000cal pd. I started at 2500 and felt exhausted soon as I added a few servings during the day it helped alot. I've already shed 2 lb. (I'm proud of those 2 lb lol) anyone have any suggestions on vitamins I should be taking? Also, I was thinking about starting a test cycle in a month or so once I've got my routine/habit down.
