    Newbie needing advice

    Hello all. Been lifting for a long time and finally wanting to jump on gear for the first time. I'm not necessarily looking to body "build" as much as I am trying to gain strength. I have a big build but my body fat % is high. Somewhere around the low 20%'s. Just want to know some of the biggest do's and dont's on my first cycle.

    Id cut some fat before touching cycles, will avoid having worse/more sides IMO
