Hi there ,been out of action for 2 years after badly breaking my arm and leg but have started training again for the last 3 months .
My Question is do I start lean bulking or cutting as I have put on some body weight ..my stats
5ft11 ,205 lb and 23% body fat.
I would like to gain some more muscle but on the other hand have to get rid of this body fat ,any advise would be much appreciated..
