Came across this thread and have been reading posts for months! Lots of amazing people on here with many useful tips and help! Glad to be part of this thread.
So im looking for some good advice. 26 years old! been working out off and off for a few years. Nothing to competative, just your average joe going 3-4 days a week.
I recently starting anavar 50 mg a day and had good results thinning me out slowly and got a bit of strength.
Im not sure what body fat percentage I have but would love to know a rough idea...i'm currently 5.7 and way 200 lbs.

Diet isnt to bad...been gluten free for a while now cheating occasionally sunday's and it has really been helping. Stick to meat on my george foremen grill and vegies. Shakes usually before bed and in morning for breakfest.
A few close buddies who are in shows recommend me to possibly take primo with my anavar and lower my daily calorie intake to 1500 a day.
Any recommendations and thoughts?
