    Hey from luzyana

    What's going on y'all. Very very new to this game. Came to start doing research and start asking the newb questions. Hoping to et answers and info before I make a decision to get some gear. Been lifting since high school. 26 yr old. 5'11". 250 lb. I've got a decent base of muscle. Legs about 28". Arms 18". Chest and back about 50". Lifting and dieting to build muscle and start competing in bodybuilding next year. Any help will be appreciated. I hope to know a decent amount in a short period of time. Current health is good. Blood pressure normal.
