    just saying hello and thanks

    Hi All

    41 yr old here - into training since 14, had a nasty subcromal decompression and rotor cuff surgery 2012 that kinda messed me up, felt like crap, looked worse. Still thats behind me and Im training hard.

    Started first cycle of Test Enth / Primo 3 weeks ago and loving it so far and know its going to get better!

    Been looking at the site for ages on and off but felt good to join so I can share my experiances with you guys

    Hope to get to know you over the next few months
