New Guy here looking for advice w/ cycle & pct
Hello ALL, im new to the AAS world but NOT new to the workout/fitness world. Id like to keep this simple so im gonna start. Below are what i do/come from..
-35 yrs old
-16 + yrs in strength/workout/fitness/endurance world
-travel often(4-6 month trips)/1-2 times a yr
-6'4''/225lbs/10%BF
-eat great/sleep not so great(50% OF THE TIME)due to work pattern
-multiple lagging injuries(nothing crazy) due to time in high impact/tempo work(mostly lower body/ankles-knees/some shoulders)
-done my research, this is my last avenue
what im looking to do
-gain 5-10 lbs/entire body, total after cycle
-no major changes in my appearance(due to my work/below the radar)
-aggressiveness is no issue in my line of work
-will forgo size for strength/endurance/speed(in my line of work the three after-mentioned are better than the first)
what i have
-40+x legit testoviron depot (1ml/250mg/bayer) vials..bought off the local market, its legal here
-correct gear to be clean/safe
-endless gym time/space
-endless food source(due to my current fitness level, i eat 6 meals a day and supplement with whey/that is my normal routine)
-i use NO pre-workout(i keep my training as close to my job as possible)/
what i need
-advice on cycle(dosage amount/times per week/total time)
-advice on pct (still havent been able to locate any but i think im gonna set my cycle to where i get back to the US and able to get pct there or order it online here)
