    Advice

    Hello all. I am 31y/o male who has been lifting steady for around 6 years. I currently weight 180lbs and am now looking to put on more weight and muscle. I am interested in starting a first cycle and the advice that you all can give on what to take and how. Any takers in helping me out?

    Let's take this desire apart into the sub components.

    First, go to the nutrition section and post your diet. This "tell" will be a huge signal if you are ready or not. Include your macros per meal, macros per day, and your TDEE, along with all your stats.

    When I get back from the gym, I can calculate your nutrition plan, and compare to what you are currently doing to see if steroids would even do anything for you
