31 / Canada / Male - Hello Everyone!
Hello Everyone,
I am new around here. I came by while researching HGH and started posting on HGH thread. But I'd like to say hi to everyone
I am 31 / male / 5'10 from Canada and about 160 lbs. Been training for 2 years (3x/week) but not much muscle to show for it. Gained strength, not size.
Cheers

Welcome!! I am not super familiar with AAS, but I found when I really got my nutrition in check, I started to see my gains in size increase. For building muscle mass, I believe there should be high protein 1-1.5g per lb body weight and fairly high carbs, and moderate healthy fats. I'm 180 lbs and I have 265g protein 260g carbs and 90g fat

Welcome.
Settle down Roman, North Montana as you call us has the ability to shut down almost all of your natural resources, and weapons technology. We also have more guns per capita than South Montana, and a lot more room to take cover to whoop on ya if you try and come up here. lol.
