    NEW BODYBUILDER (Please comment)

    Hello, it's been 1 year I start lifting weight. And here I am still looking for new cycle to start my bulking season. What do you suggest?

    Stats:
    71kgs
    21 y/o
    183cm

    Deads: 80kgs
    Chest press: 50kgs
    Squat: 100kgs
    Overhead press: 25kgs

    I suggest that you spend a few more years in the gym, building your foundation, allowing your hormone system to fully develop, and learning about nutrition as it relates to body building.
