going for it been thinking for a long time
Hi everyone new here. Joined awhile back but changed my mind. But now I think I am ready. Just wondered if someone could point me in the right direction. What would be the best for me to start. I took a pro hormone a couple times. Loved the results but they are bad news. I wanna do things the right way. I would like to do as little as possible and be responsible and keep side effects to a min. I'm 24 and I have lifted for 8 years now. 5 11 and 180. Looking to put on 15 pounds and cut.
