Well, I was injured in a car accident a year an a half ago. Ive been in the gym almost daily, alas I gained alot of fat an losing it seems to be harder then making strength gains. I have been looking into doing a cycle to see what I gain from it.
But as I have no idea what to start with, where, an how to get any. Im looking for some tips.
