New Member Introduction
Hey.
I'm 19 and have been lifting on and off through high school and into college but didn't get real serious about it until late freshman year when I became single after a long relationship. I kinda went through a cycle of getting gains then losing them over and over.
I'm on here because my twin said its the best forum for people who know their shit as opposed to other sites. He did a few cycles, pro and steroid and had some complications and had to come clean with my mom and has been getting blood tests for over a year now. I'm not trying to make those mistakes.
I'm looking for tips on form for lifts, new lifts to switch things up, diet, and also help in navigating the barrage of bullshit supplements out there.
I broke my neck and hip skiing about a year and a half ago and muscle atrophy brought me down to nothing. I weight about 230 with around 20%-25% body fat.
