Hi guys!
I'm 18 from manchester england and have been a hard trainer for 6 years now. Keen rugby league player and always trying to get my performance that bit better.
Was 16 stone of fat at 12 years old (avid pie eater), straightened myself out, lost 5 stone and managed to bulk up to just short of 14. Benching 135kg, deadlifting 195kg and squatting 165kg.
New to this so looking to find some useful information!
