    Hello from Houston

    Myself: 41, started TRT about 10 weeks ago...very low T...gradual increase at 100/7 days until last week. Saw regular doc who upped me to 200/ 10 days--administered by yours truly.

    Used to work out a lot until a motorcycle accident prevented going to the gym for a while. Cardio, cycling, and light work for a while.

    Back at it after long time off. Not really expecting anything major to come of 200, but hopefully it'll help overall...
