new member looking for knowledge
Hi first I want to say thanks and I'm glad to have the opportunity to join this family however I'm diapers when we talk about roids.. I do my homework, train 4 or 5 days/week strict diet and all that.. I was fat before near to the 190 lb, now I'm at 154 and very happy but... Now I'm looking for a little more size u know not something massive but very descent and like everyone muscle definition I can see my abs right now not sure about my fb but I think something near 10% I'll post pics, now someone told me about winstrol and primo on a stack but like I said I really don't know nothing about this someone with an advice?

Actually I take test boosters
Is this OK? Should I take both or one instead each the other?

Check out the thread. Test boosters are marketing scams in the majority of cases and I would save your money on far better products.
After reading the thread recommended, you should have a better understanding of what a proper cycle should be, why, and what compounds are necessary. Then propose something under the Q&A for all members to review and critique.
Remember, 90% of your success will come from nutrition alone and steroids won't compensate for underfeeding your efforts to grow.

Damn thanks for the warm welcome..
I just read the post u suggest very informative thanks now I realize that is more complicated that I though something is very clear for me " nutrition " I think i m not doing it bad in that topic hope to learn more about it cause my main goal was losing fat I was above 24%
