Hi guys,
I'm a new member from Australia. A mate of mine in the U.S. recommended this site to me. I'm a keen cyclist. Because of this, I don't have any desire to gain mass. But where my interests converge with most people here is that I am very concerned about keening lean. I'm already down to about 60 kg (132 lbs.), so I don't want to lose any more muscle. In general, I hope to learn from people's experiences with losing fat, using supplements, and maintaining a high level of fitness.
