New guy saying hey!
Hey all,
Been a leecher at this site for a long time and have been inspired by many of your stories and accomplishments. I'm 47 years old, 5'9" and 165 lbs. As a kid I was a fat f**k hitting 299lbs at 18. I dropped most of the weight by starving, puking and diuretics. Never doing much of any workouts or exercise. I hit a low of 145 at age 20 and looked like a corpse. I learned how to maintain my weight somewhat healthy and kept between 180 and 160 most of my life. At 47, I now want to start toning lots of loose skin and getting back in shape.
Looking forward to being able to post what I am taking and sharing my test scores for the experts here to evaluate.
