Hello all...long time lurker never really posted. Almost jumped on the train awhile back but decided I needed to do more re-search first.

6"3 245lbs
Around 17% bodyfat.
Bench: 370
Squat: 495
Deadlift: 585.
I been wanting to push myself even more! I think I may go another year natty to just try and boost up, but from working out since I was 18...I can feel like my muscles is taking long and longer and longer to get stronger.
