    anonymous508 and I am very new to these forums

    Hello, I am a 40 year old male who recently changed his lifestyle and turned to bodybuilding. The sport has impacted me in such positive ways I am now addicted and loving it! I hope to meet some people who love the sport as much as I do and gain some good information on training,diet and gear.
