Hey All
New to the forum obviously, and new to the whole juice thing. I've been to the site before and kinda was thinking it was BS, and I still kinda do so I will be lurking and asking questions as time goes. I'm currently training powerlifting and strongman, competed in my first PL meet last month and won 1st place (was the only one in my class) I'm thinking of juicing to step my game up, and really compete with an already huge pool of juicers. I do raw only and I know doing some cycles would help aswell as some extra cleaning of my diet. thanks
