Hi guys. I'm 32 yo 170 lbs. 22% body fat. I want to get ripped lose belly fat.

Hi guys. I'm looking to just lose some body fat and get Ripped

I have no health issues. I already think I have a doctor for the so I don't need any help as far as that goes.

I'm in decent shape but can't lose the body fat without being on the step master for for 3 hours a day.

Just asking as a beginner for any helpful knowledge and advice

    Thanks

    Welcome
I would head over to the nutrition section and let have a look at your diet.

I think I'm going to talk to The doctor and see what he thinks. I'm not even gonna sugar coat it. I plan on talking this anti aging doctor about some test or whatever else he can prescribe for fat loss. That's Tue advice route I was going down

Welcome to the comunity. Take all the test you want, if your nutrition is poor and daily caloric intake above your current TDEE, you will never see your abs.

The advice offered will come from members who have achieved what you want. You might want to listen and learn, and in the interim, ask your doctor to show you HIS six pack.

Your right didn't mean to come off like that. I been working out on and off my adult life. Former marine. Just wanted to get some tips and help.

I eat mainly chicken and rice with a shit load of yogurt and fruits. I try to keep it like that throughout the week.
