Cycle advice
Currently looking into getting into a cycle. I'm 5'9 200lbs.. Stocky built, finally got my max up to 315 for one clean rep on my bench mentally right with no spotter. Friend of mine kinda changing my mental. Friend of mine who is my height & 260 with abs year around has told me Test / Winn is the way to go. Another friend of mine is telling me to also toss EQ into the mix to help out the look & shape of the muscle I end up adding on.
Never taken anything before, & don't wanna end up over 200, kinda aiming to get to 180-190, just shred some of the fat into muscle. So not sure if thats the proper cycle to reach the goal I am looking for. Got no issues making it to the gym and working out, end of the diet my diet is off and on. Weekends end up killing everything I works for during the week. End of the day I'm not looking for those washboard ab's, but would mainly like to gain more strength & trim down some. Goal was set for 315 for 10 with no extra help. Got my one & kinda got tossed into a couple weddings coming up soon that I am in & wanna look the part for.. So kinda changed my mental aspect a little bit.
Im sure my boy who is sorta directing the right route, I wouldn't mind staying where I am I just don't wanna put on that size to quick, seeming from what I see & read its hard to maintain. I'd like to gain a little at a time & keep most of what I gain from the cycle instead of look great and loose a lot. So looking for opinions & things like that from people. Appreciate any help people can toss my way. Thanks.
