Gday
Hi im New Member .Lost 30 kgs last 2 years and now want to put on some serious muscle been weight training last 14 months and aerobic last 2 any suggestions as ive hit a brick with my lean muscle gains and I have about 5 kilos of skin stretch ! I take alot of preworkout, whey , and l glutamine before bed thanks and god bless
