Hello everyone im new. So where would i go to learn about this..........in a week or so I am starting test cy. Cycle. I am 32 years old 5'10" 185lbs. Athletic build. I have done a test cycle when I was 22, and was on a great dietary plan, eating 5 times a day. Went from 165 to 185, with great results, I let go to waste. But now I'm 32, back in the gym for about a 2 months now, and feel I have peaked. Its time to take the next step so my question is........ Is .5ml every 3 days ideal, and if i was to stack what would go best with the test?
I have read the first cycle post and have done everything in preperation to take this next step, I have workout plan, calorie board, blood work, currently searching for pct. To order. Just need a lil more advice. Can anyone help?
