Sup everybody, kinda new here. Old profile but back at it and going to be for good this time. Been kinda self conscious about having a good amount of body fat my whole life but lately I've been making steady progress towards my goals unleashing potential I never thought I had. Anyways, I'm looking to get to about 10-12% body fat AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Sorry, I know good things require patience but it's been far too long and I want to hit this goal as fast as possible. I've been losing 1 lb per week for about 3 months and recently been losing 2 lbs per week (this self-control stuff is way easier than I ever thought it was). Only thing is now that I've stepped up to 2 lbs per week- keeping just a slight amount of muscle mass is extremely difficult. Here's some...

Stats:
22 years old
5' 8''
196 lbs
~19% body fat

Diet: Using myfitnesspal to count calories 50% carbs 30% fat 20% are my goals but I usually get like 30% protein with a little less carbs and less fat
usually taking in under 1600 calories per day sometimes go over on weekends and make up for it during the week.

Exercise: Running as often as possible- average probably 30-45 minutes per day. Not sure exactly- some days an hour some days half hour usually don't stop until my joints hurt which may be bad.

A couple ideas I had were a keto diet, possibly DNP which I am skeptical about because I already take a stimulant medication (adderall 30mg/day), T3 (got some 100mcg tablets), was considering a light anavar cycle since bodyfat is too high for test but would rather save the AAS for after my BF% is down.

Let me know what you guys think. I feel like I'm going to be told to just be patient but **** that- I'm sorry. I've been held back by this insecurity for too long. TeeBanger gotta seize the day in the bitch.
