New member. Advice on my first cycle please?

I am new here obv, and I am not alone by the looks of it. Its amazing to see how many people have joined recently saying that they are new here.
Anyways, Im a 28 year old male, currently 110kg, about 20% bf, am quite built and solid already and Ive been weight training for about 10 years. I was looking into using GHRP6 but I cannot get it in the country I live in. So, when i was in Thailand it was recommended that I just pick up some gear, which I did. I obtained 1x 10ml bottle of Test. ethanate (250mg) and 1x 10ml bottle of Tren. ethanate (200mg).
I train 5x a week with 20 mins cardio after. My goal is to lose my belly fat which I have struggled with over the years and get leaner. I have been getting great results with the program that I am on, although I am supposed to be doing fasted cardio for 40-50 mins every morning, but I am so sore and tired from my normal program that I struggle to do even one morning cardio. I am hoping that the gear will help with that ;)
My main question is: What dose of test and tren should I be taking, and how often?
An experienced user and friend of mine has recommended 0.5ml test and 1ml tren once a week. but when I read other articles about how to take tren the advice given is all very different. If possible I would like to utilise all the material I have so theres none wasted. But I will wait to hear what you guys think first.
