Hello all,
39, going on 40 male who is finally coming to see the light, I guess you would say. Years ago I thought any sort of “stuff” was for “those guys”. I’ve had 2 knee surgeries and now an ankle surgery. I’ve been lifting off and on for the last 10 years. Of the last 4 very serious until I was completely derailed by my last knee surgery & ankle surgery which were less than 9 months apart, both freak accidents at work. Due to the limited amount of actual time between injuries I have lost a lot of work in the gym.
I’m a 6ft2 ectomorph who has battled up to 240 pds with less than 12% bf but that is all gone now! Down to 220’s and bf% is way out of control, I need to clean up my diet and get back on track. I have a few questions for the Q&A after I do a lot of reading. I’m giving myself a few goals but the 1st is to get through rehab for the ankle & start cutting down the BF% after that I’ll start to plan my next step.
Lots to learn,
