    New guy

    Hi everyone I'm very new to this forum or any other on the topic of steroids . I am 39 married with 4 boys ranging from 11 to 18. We are a very active family spending lots of time in the outdoors I have been working out for several years but not going hard (3-4) times a week in the gym and my body fat latly just keeps climbing and I hate it. Want to stay young forever haha... Been doing lots of reading and this site has been amazing.

    Welcome! Getting older sucks huh?
    I'm 41, going to the gym sucks now. Seems like the 21 yr olds are getting bigger just standing around talking. I sure miss those days!
