Hey guys, this looks like a great forum - lots of good advice I've seen on here already.
Current stats:
44 years old
5'10" and 180 lbs
Not sure on body fat, probably 12% more or less. Will get a machine to measure better.
Workout 3 to 4x a week, moderate intensity. Not looking to compete obviously, just get more ripped.
Eat fairly clean, modified paleo with some complex carbs.
I do have a question about an upcoming cycle idea. But will read the stickies and article database before posting that.
