    New to dieting.

I just became a member I have been patrolling this site for over a year now for nutrition info. I've been trying to loose weight for 3 years now. A year ago I got married and had to find photos for the wedding looking at all them I couldn't deny I was not happy with my body. I gave up all the info I had heard on loosing weight and dedicated my self to trying actual body building diets. I've lost 50lbs so far and another 20-25 to go. I slip all the time but I'm heading in the right direction hardest thing is avoiding the crap my kid and wife have for food.

    Welcome to the board mate.

head on over to the nutrition section and post up your diet so we can have a look see. It's a process we go through around here, and will tighten up your plan.
