hello,
I'm joining up to further educate myself about "Supplements". I'm 38 years old and have suffered a few injuries from deploying here and there.
My goal here is to strengthen up my body especially my left bicep that I ruptured a few years back. I also ripped the rear tendons completely off the back of my ankle and I am awaiting surgery for that.
In short I don't recover like I did 20 years ago
