32 years old - 6'3 215lbs 14% BF....been lifting on and off for a couple years. Just recently (past 4 months)got more serious about it.
I'm planning to start my first ever cycle in a couple months (no rush and not till Im ready)..... Im researching a proper diet/nutrition and a more suitable workout plan/schedule etc to follow to maximize the results Im after (building mm). No point starting aas/ anything until my diet/routine etc is ironed out and has been followed to a T - and I have plateaued. I will post more info in the appropriate forum to get more advice and tips from everyone.
