    Advice please! Very first cycle sustanon deca

    hi guys im very new to this, this is my first ever steroid cycle pleasee! help me out i have doing hours days etc of research dosages side effects etc.
    4 years solid natural trainning i know how to diet ( get shredded) for a show , and bulk clean or dirty i know how to count calories, manage my metabolism etc the basic anyone should know before jumping in the juice.
    Well here are my stats
    23 years old
    5.6 166 10%_9% bf
    5-6 days in the gym
    My boss at work is a juice head but the thing is he says dont worry about pct clomid nolva hcg basically telling me just shoot haha.
    My cycle is going to consist unless directed to a better direction. Of
    500mg Sustanon 250 once a week
    400mg Deca Durabolim once a week
    Both compounds for 10 or 12 weeks what do you guys think also what do you guys recomend me for pct hank you very much for your time.

    Welcome to the forum. When you go back to your work kick your boss in the fanny because that's what he will have and you if you follow his advice. Then send him here to learn how to use AAS right and understand how these compounds effect the body and get the best results out of them.

    Welcome aboard. Agree with Derek and clarky^^^. IMHO, don't listen to anyone who says ignore PCT or using hCG and AI's during cycle, if you want your HPTA to survive. And, test only for first cycle. Best of luck!
