hello and what's up
New fresh member here. Little about me, I'm 215-218lb 5'10 about 11-12% body fat based on a 32.5'' waist. Been fit all my life. Workout routine is based around legs and squatting, deadlifts and back work, chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, calves. In that excat order. I'd say I work my ass off. Looking back at my pics my gains seem to quite the same as earlier on in the year, just that i'm leaner. For the work I put in I'm now starting to think that I should be looking better, but some will say i look darn good already. So after a few months of research it's not time to take it to the next level to see where my body can go before i get too old to enjoy it. You can always enjoy your body but you know what I mean. Anyways, that's my fitness life in a nutshell. Hope to learn from you all.
