    New guy here

    Hello, everyone. I'm new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 44yo, 6'0", 248lbs. I don't know my body fat percentage yet - sorry, but I'm sure its around 30%. I was a year round athlete in high school and played college ball. I spent a lot of time in weight rooms ... 20 years ago, and have decided it's time to get back to it. I've lurked here for a month or two and am impressed with the sense of camraderie and depth of knowledge on this site. Thanks for having me.
