Name is Fons or that's what I go by...

I was overweight my whole life since 12-16 I was sitting around 300pounds and it was getting worse. I was a little bitch and got sent away to a boot camp and lost 40 pounds over 4 months. I came home and lost 30 pounds in a few more months. Over the next year I lost like 10 pounds. I still had around 25% bodyfat and was around 200 so I tried joining a gym again, I worked my butt off but everynight after the workout I'd reward myself with a bowl of cereal(500-800cal). Yep didn't lose a pound so I kept eating like a fatting and gained 20 pounds in a few months... I kept trying to diet but I was a little ***** and gave in all the time...

One day I came across Zzyz and many other bodybuilders and kept watching thier videos everynight feeling worse and worse that I'm not doing what they are. So my journey begins....
