    Hi fromTampa

    New to this, but very interested.
    5'5" 145lbs
    I'm looking to gain but stay tone and tight. Looking for strength and endurance. A little nervous and overwhelmed.
    Looking for knowledge.
    So why shouldnt I just get my gear from this site instead of trying to find a local source.
