Hey all, stopping in to make the intro
28 yo, 5'10", 240lbs, 15-20% bf and i've been in the lifting game since I joined the HS football team as a freshman in 2000
I've done almost every kind of workout you could think of, yes even a crossfit-esq workout. Only I called them "Complexes" as per a popular website devoted to the love of T. and training. But as of the past few years, I have found more of a joy in bodybuilding above all others. So thats what i'm here for.
