Welcome to the forum i think it just depends how long your story is if it's a book it won't let you post it . There has been a few ppl that this has happened to. Shorten it down.

Hey guys and girls! im new to the whole anabolic scene. trained hard all my life without it and got different results at different stages of my life.. as a young lad (late teens, ealy 20s) i found it incredibly easy to rip up and get very strong (MMA fighter) but found it hard to put on muscle size, now that im 32 its the opposite, i find it hard to get below the 10% bf range but easy to stack on the muscle size. Atm im 3 weeks into my strength cycle and im lifting a lil bit considering my size but not where i would like to be

    Background story.

This time last year i was sitting at 9.5% bf and feeling pretty stoked with myself as i was training twice a day. cardio mornings and then weights at night, eating well etc
Nov 1st last year (almost 12 months and feeling very anxious about it as we approach this date) i was killed on my motorcycle while riding through the hills here in australia. 4wd on the wrong side of the rode. He brought me back via CPR and i spent minimal time in hospital (1 week) even though i suffered massive injuries. I broke my chest, left shoulder, left knee, right foot and ankle.

Was outta action for a while. started rehab about a month outta hospital and had progress quickly for a couple of months before plateauing. I lost tons of muscle mass from then and i put on a lil body fat too.. atm im sitting at 13.4% and i cant put size on my injured leg any more. Its still substantially smaller than my other side which also dropped due to unilateral training (same weights so one didn't go too far beyond the other)
