    New to forums

    Hello guys and gals! My name Tony Smith and this is my first time in a forum. I'm 38 years old, 6'3", and weigh 250 or so. I've been working out for years but haven't really hit it hard till the past 3 or 4 years. I'm currently taking protein and creatine, but
    It doesn't seem to be helping me much, I really would love to be able to see some results for all my hard work. So, that's why I'm here! In my mid twenties I did a 8 week cycle of test and deca . That's all I've done but think it's time to look into doing some more bulking cycles. I look forward to conversing with members and learning from you all. Thanks all- Tony
