I'm 23 from Tennessee 6'2.5 180 and struggling to make gains last years ... I have gotten my testosterone checked twice and it was 414 and 432 or so.

Had brain fog and consistent fatigue and lacked mental clarity for long time ... even felt some sleep apnea lately i think ... maybe central sleep apnea brought on by hypothoroidism ..... idk im going to an endocrinologist soon ...

maybe gonna try and ride a bicycle soon for the first time ... thanks for your future comments :)

could it be your diet?

how many grams of carbs are you consuming daily?

anytime I get the mental fog, I just eat a banana and that perks me up

My food intake is on point.

And I'm not skinny by any standards besides roiders. Girls love my body and think im attractive usually and people often ask if i workout so yea your girl fantasies might be different than u think lol

head on over to the nutrition section and post up your diet so we can have a look. If you decide to do that, include your TDEE, your current macro intake and then we can poke at it

So I got my test checked and thyroid checked just in case. this time they did the test check in early afternoon after i had worked in the morning since 6:30 am and went straight there and i was a bit tired for a nap at that point but the nurse practioner who also was a complete moron about this shit cuz she kept telling me its ok at low 400s and shit for a 23 year old male when it isnt, she said it would be good to have an afternoon test too so we went ahead and did it and i had 357 and the nurse lady on the phone was like "Yea so everythings normal" -__-

Just bought this 1xD test booster shit. hope it works. gonna hop on a bicycle once im done with this. ****in morons.
