So I guess I should introduce myself,
I am a Canadian 28 year old Male who has been on HRT of some sort for the past 5 years or so. I was always very athletic in my youth. In my early 20s however I became very sick, put on a lot of weight for no reason and lost all energy. Through my own due diligence and persistence I was able to find out my thyroid wasn't working, then later found out my testosterone was at an 89...yup that low. This was all a result of head trauma I received at a young age (my endo believes I had hyperthyroidism and higher testosterone at a young age and eventually it swung in the opposite direction).
Needless to say all those years prior to finding out these issues I became obsessed with fitness and health in general and because of that I am currently going to school for it. Have been lifting for around 10 years at this point. Took a year or 2 off when I became ill, but have been back to lifting for the past 5.
I also decided it was about time to open up and hopefully connect with people in a similar situation as me as well as others who are interested in the topic. Share ideas and insight for optimal health with and without the usage of hormones and steroids alike.
Currently taking a mixture of synthroid everyday, testosterone cypionate once a week, HCG 3 times a week and arimidex once every other day.
