    Hypee - Introduction

    Hello everyone,

    I'm new here, I have been lurking for a couple months and decided to make an account so I can participate in the discussions.

    I'm 21 years old at a height of 5'9, and have been training for 5 years, into my 6th now. I've been 100% natural during this time, but thinking about doing just 1, 6-10 week cycle for the last bit of gains before I hit what appears to be my genetic potential.

    I was doing a clean bulk for the last 4 months. Started at a weight of 164lbs and ended at 177lbs, body fat remained relatively constant at 14-15%. As for diet, I was taking 3200 calories, at a 40/40/20 ratio. Workout was 3 day (M/W/F) full body workouts mostly comprised of compound lifts.

    Last 2 weeks, I have started to cut. My goal is to cut down to 7-8% body fat, which will bring me to roughly 159-160lbs. Based on my calculations, I'll hit that by Jan. 1, 2015. As I'm not really going to be gaining any muscle during this period, I'm working on higher rep ranges and doing mostly isolated movements, this is to try to retain muscle and tone while cutting. Diet is 2000 calories, 50/25/25.

    As for future plans, I'm looking to run my first cycle in the beginning of May, 2015. After I cut, I will be doing a very mild bulking phase from Jan. to Apr. as to try to not increase fat %. So, ideally, I'd like to start my first cycle once I am ~165lbs and 7-8% BF. My end goal is to be sitting at 173-175lbs at 7-8%, as I am just looking to do 1 very clean cycle, I believe that is achievable. I am still currently doing research (have been for 2 months now) just to make sure I will be prepared in May. I appreciate any advice.

    I'll try to post current pics when I get the time. At the same time, I will try my best to document my cycle when/if that happens.

    Forgot about supplements:
    1 scoop whey prot. in the morning (Gold Standard)
    2g fish oil in the morning (1000mg EPA + DHA)
    5g creatine mono. (lunch or before workout)
    1 scoop Mutant BCAA (sipped slowly throughout the day on off days, and during workouts on lift days)
    2 scoops C4 pre-workout on lift days
    2 scoops whey prot. after workout or during the day on off days
    VitaFreak multivitamins in the morning
