Hey everyone,
This is the first forum I have joined and really would like to get a lot more knowledge, new lifts, planning, etc. I have been working out for a long time now, 25 years old and have done around 4 cycles always having Test as my baseline. 6'0, 186, Gym everyday and I'm on that chicken, oats, broccoli, spinach, brown rice, tons of water, currently shredding bad weight off just getting back into it after pretty bad back injury back in August falling off a balcony doing a crow pose showing off for some girls.![]()
