Hey Everybody,
I've been lurking for a couple weeks, and figured I'd post an introduction. Short background, I was fat from about 10-14 years old pushing 250lbs at my heaviest. Got sick of looking down at myself and seeing tits so I dropped to 155 in about 6 months, and I was skinny fat for the next decade after that.
My stats are 26 years old 6'2 mid 170's I've been gaining well naturally so I'm going to hold off on the gear but I know in a couple years I'll probably want to try a cycle and I'd like to do it right so I'm hear to learn as much as I can in the meantime.
The worst imbalances I have are between my quads, which I know how to fix, and the spot above my obliques. I'm talking about the area I circled in red in one of the pictures. On my right side I have a solid slab of muscle that wraps around my back but on my left side it's seriously lacking. Would that be the intercostal? And if anyone has any suggestions on exercises to target this area it would be much appreciated, thanks!
