I am a 46yr old male. Been training seriously for 7 years, mostly 5/3/1 for the last 2 years. General athlete most of my life focused on outdoor stuff ie. cycling, skiing
Previously completed 1 cycle. That was 4 years ago. Standard beginner cycle went nicely.
For some reason I am now 15 weeks into T 500mg/week with no ancillaries, no A I or S E R M. This was on the advice of a similarly aged co-worker that seemed to be ok with a really simple blast and cruise. I am having no serious sides. A little watery.
Here looking for a way to PCT without crashing. Lots of info to digest!
