Newbe to this and here is my experiance

So im new to all of this 39 and have lowT my levels were 109 I took doc prescribed T cyp 150ml once a week. I have since abandoned this and have started on 250ml twice a week of T enth. I have been getting it through a friend,. it comes in no label bottles with a sticker on the bottom that has a #1 on them. I have doing this for 8 weeks and have noticed nothing except sore butt checks. :( Now he is telling me to go to a mix of 100 T prop. 75 mast. and 75 tren. this would sound good if I saw results from the T enth. are my levels so low naturally and its taking a long time to build? or is his stuff junk?
