Hey guys! I'm very excited to join these forums!
I have lifted on and off since high school and, although underweight(145 lbs), i was in pretty decent shape. In the past couple years however I've let myself go due to personal matters and have decided to change my outlook on life. I'm refreshed and willing to get back into the groove so I'm interested in learning whatever I can before I decide whether or not enhance my training regime.
