I have joined this site to become more familiar with a the anabolic world. i have lifted for years and have decided to add cross fit as a way to maximize cardio and lifting and flexibility.. just another way not to not get bored with exercise.. I have now competed in a few local cross fit competitions and wondered why it seemed i was always top three and not gaining for as much as i trained. I have been let in on the little secret that the special few have been supplementing with things other than natural ingredients. I exercise daily of some form.. I am 42 years old, 5'8" weighing 184lbs. Since my age is somewhat of a hold back i am looking at evening the odds a little ..
